Dr. Amy has a Ph.D and holds the designation of Certified Senior Advisor (CSA). In addition to her academic and professional background, for a decade she was a caregiver for her elderly parents. Dr. Amy is International Faculty for the Society of Certified Senior Advisors and the Canadian Academy of Senior Advisors. With these organizations she teaches throughout North America and is a writer for the CSA Journal.

Mark Russell is a Canadian Equity Specialist, providing investment advice on building and maintaining Canadian equity portfolios to BMO Nesbitt Burns Investment Advisors. Mark is involved in the Private Client Research division which provides research and analysis on equities, fixed income and mutual fund strategies to the IA network and works closely with BMO Nesbitt Burns research department to identify investment and trade opportunities. Mark joined BMO NB in May 2004 after working in the industry since 1996.
Mark has a HBBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and successfully completed the CFA program in 2003.
