Dr. Magda Havas

MAGDA HAVAS, Ph.D., Associate Professor at Trent University, received her BS. and PhD at the University of Toronto and then did 2 years Post Doctoral research at Cornell University.

Dr. Havas studies the biological and health effects of environmental contaminants including acid rain, water pollution and, more recently, electromagnetic pollution such as radio frequency radiation, dirty electricity, low frequency electromagnetic fields, and ground current. She studies sick building syndrome associated with electrosmog and she works with people who have developed electrohypersensitivity. These include diabetics, multiple sclerosis patients and those with heart palpitations. Dr. Havas has more than 120 publications and recently co-authored, with Camilla Rees, Public Health SOS: The Shadow Side of the Wireless. She is advisor to environmental groups around the world and provides information on her website (magdahavas.com) and with her YouTube videos (youtube.com/magdahavas).
